My Background and Approach
I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee and North Carolina and have worked in a variety of community, office, and home based clinical settings and have worked with children, teens, and adults to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. I will work with you to identify specific and measurable goals then collaborate with you to explore and apply strategies to help you meet your goals. Whether you are seeking to reduce feelings of anxiety, become a healthier partner in your relationship, or you have some other goals in mind, I want to join with you on your journey to success.

I believe in the importance of self awareness and care for the mind, body, and spirit. I am committed to helping you explore and incorporate your own spiritual perspective, whatever that may be, in your pursuit of wellness. I prioritize your autonomy especially with regard to whether or not to address spiritual issues or include spiritual interventions in your therapy experience. I believe in the importance of serving underserved populations and routinely provide pro bono therapy to clients with limited resources.
