About My Clients

I work with adults, couples, and partners navigating relationships, intimacy, communication, attachment, and sexuality. My practice is especially affirming of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients and those exploring identities, relationship structures, or sexual experiences that may not fit traditional expectations. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek therapy—sometimes you simply want to understand yourself better and create relationships that feel healthier, safer, and more fulfilling.

My Background and Approach

My work is grounded in attachment-based and relational approaches, with a particular focus on sexuality and intimate relationships. I believe our relationships can reveal important patterns in how we understand ourselves, communicate our needs, experience vulnerability, and connect with others. In therapy, I take a collaborative, compassionate, and sex-positive approach. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I work alongside you to understand what is happening beneath the surface and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We may explore attachment, communication, boundaries, intimacy, sexual concerns, relationship dynamics, and the experiences that have shaped how you connect with yourself and others. Therapy should be a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, and feel more secure in who you are and how you connect.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people deserve to experience relationships and sexuality in ways that feel authentic, consensual, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. There is no single “right” way to have a relationship, experience intimacy, or understand your sexuality. I also believe that therapy should make room for the whole person. Culture, race, gender, sexuality, family experiences, trauma, social expectations, and past relationships can all shape the way we understand ourselves and connect with others. These experiences deserve to be acknowledged rather than overlooked. I approach clients with curiosity rather than assumptions. I’m not here to tell you what your relationship, sexuality, or life should look like. I’m here to help you explore what feels right for you, understand the patterns that may be getting in the way, and make intentional choices about the life and relationships you want to build. You deserve a therapeutic space where you can show up as your full self.
