About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, caring people who often feel a quiet sense of uncertainty, overwhelm, or disconnection, particularly in relationships. Many notice familiar patterns shaped by earlier experiences, even when they long for something different. They may desire closeness while also needing safety, steadiness, and space to be themselves. They come to therapy seeking understanding, self-compassion, and a deeper sense of emotional security, clarity, and meaningful connection within themselves
My Background and Approach
My background as a therapist is grounded in attachment-based, psychoanalytic, and trauma-informed care, with a deep belief that healing happens through safety, trust, and relationship. I draw from attachment theory, relational psychoanalytic therapy, and nervous system–informed approaches to help clients explore how early experiences, unconscious patterns, and relationships shape present emotions, behaviors, and ways of connecting. I approach therapy collaboratively and thoughtfully, moving at a pace that feels respectful and attuned to your needs. Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and develop greater curiosity and compassion for yourself and your inner world. Whether we are exploring anxiety, relationship challenges, or long-standing patterns, my goal is to offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence where you feel understood and supported as meaningful, lasting change unfolds.
