About My Clients
I work with a diverse range of clients who ultimately feel stuck and disconnected from themselves and who are willing to engage in the therapeutic process and open to exploring their thoughts, feelings, behaviors and past experiences. This might involve identifying negative patterns and developing strategies for coping with difficult feelings.
My Background and Approach
I address a broad spectrum of concerns, from anxiety and overwhelm to couples relationship challenges, low self-esteem, identity issues and PTSD. My holistic and integrative approach combines talk therapy, with mind/body attunement and self-compassion. By developing a greater awareness of your body and its signals, you can learn to regulate your emotions and respond more effectively to challenges you face. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (E.M.D.R) therapy - an evidence-based modality acclaimed for its effectiveness in trauma resolution. The journey of self-discovery can be a vulnerable one and at times can include moving through uncomfortable feelings. Together, we will work collaboratively to untangle the threads of trauma, embrace self-compassion, and empower you to navigate life’s complexities with newfound resilience, authenticity and self-acceptance.
