About My Clients

I work with clients, both individuals and couples, who are ready to look at the whole picture of their life. We explore how family patterns, past trauma, and the impacts of the systems of oppression contribute to overwhelming feelings of panic and sadness. You seek a trauma-informed, culturally integrative space where your LGBTQ+ identity and experiences are fully embraced, so you can start thriving.

My Background and Approach

We'll go beyond just talking to create deep, lasting change. As an AMFT/APCC, I blend Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to process and transform painful emotions. I provide gender-affirming, culturally humble care, equipping you with the skills to break intergenerational cycles and move toward your most authentic self. I know how much energy it takes to keep showing up while feeling broken. You don't have to carry that burden alone anymore. I offer a deeply safe, non-judgmental space where your full, complex self is welcome. If you are ready to move past the patterns that no longer work and start building a more joyful future, let's connect for a free consultation.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As an LGBTQ+ and non-binary therapist, my core belief is that your identity is a source of strength, not a problem to be solved. I am an active member and strong advocate for the queer community, and I see my work as an extension of that commitment—to provide care that is genuinely gender-affirming and safe for all people. I believe that therapy must acknowledge the real impact of systems of oppression and marginalization on mental health. I actively support causes dedicated to social justice and anti-racism, and I practice with a deep commitment to cultural humility. This means I am always willing to learn from your unique experience and advocate for your right to a life free from stigma and judgment. I believe in your wholeness, and I am here to honor your full, authentic self.
