About My Clients

My clients are those seeking new perspectives and solutions to their current life. While they often feel stuck now, they know that there is a better way, but just need a little assistance getting there. I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking a balanced, healthy life again.

My Background and Approach

My education includes a Bachelor's degree in English, a Master's degree in Biblical Studies, and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My approach uses attachment theory and EMDR. Attachment theory looks at your early attachments as a child and your current attachments as an adult. These attachments point to how you often see and interact with the world. I also utilize EMDR to help move my clients past stuck points in their lives using bilateral stimulation.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone has value. I see the world understanding and believing in hope of a better tomorrow.
