Whether you're an individual, couple or family, in each 53-minute session, together we identify recurring emotions, thoughts, and patterns of behavior, and then explore alternatives leading to preferred outcomes. A healthy change in one area of your life can have positive/synergistic influences on other areas of your life.
My Background and Approach
MBA business executive experience; chaplain in a children's hospital and assisted-living facility; family therapist for an opiate rehabilitation facility, and years of counseling others in private practice have taught me we can cope with or overcome adversity. I can help you build and use your inner strengths to gain serenity and make the changes you desire.
