Working with men, I offer a compassionate, curious, and respectful space to explore the complexities of identity, relationships, and especially sexual issues. Many men struggle with shame, performance anxiety, intimacy fears, or disconnect from desire—often shaped by early experiences and societal expectations. Through genuine, thoughtful conversations, we address these challenges directly, working to release shame, build sexual confidence, and foster authentic, fulfilling connections.

I have years of experience working with trauma and PTSD across diverse settings. Trauma therapy provides a safe space to process overwhelming experiences, understand their impact on your thoughts and emotions, and develop new ways to feel safe and empowered. Together, we will heal wounds, rebuild trust in yourself and others, and reclaim your sense of control. I am trained in Seeking Safety, trauma-focused psychotherapy, and Finding Solid Ground for dissociation.
