About My Clients
I help teens, adults, and veterans who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. Whether you're facing anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or relationship challenges, you're not alone. My approach is practical and supportive, using CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward. You bring the resilience—I'll help you find the tools.
My Background and Approach
I'm Bruce Kane, MAE I have experience supporting teens, adults, and veterans through anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My background includes 7.5 years in the U.S. Army Infantry, which helps me connect with clients who value structure, resilience, and real-world understanding. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide practical, goal-oriented support. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. Clients appreciate my genuine, down-to-earth style and ability to meet them where they are. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we’ll work together to help you gain clarity, confidence, and control over your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a U.S. Army Infantry veteran, I value service, resilience, and community. I believe in showing up authentically—for myself and for my clients. I'm passionate about supporting those who feel unseen or overwhelmed, and I strive to create a space where every person feels respected and empowered. I stand for equity, inclusion, and mental health access for all. I support causes that uplift veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, and communities impacted by trauma. I’m committed to ongoing learning around social justice and mental wellness, and I believe healing begins when people feel heard and valued. Outside of therapy, I enjoy volunteering with organizations that support youth and veterans, and I advocate for reducing the stigma around seeking help. My goal is to meet you where you are with compassion, honesty, and respect for your lived experience.
