I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, transitions in life, suicidal thoughts, grief, loss and self-esteem. Creating time and space for yourself through a strong therapeutic relationship can help you gain a greater sense of self, your relationships and your values. We will work together to understand your underlying beliefs, emotional reactions, how you communicate and ultimately, to create a healthier relationship with yourself and loved ones.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed social worker with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I offer an individualized approach, a non-judgmental and compassionate space where we will establish an active, ongoing relationship. Therapy takes both a commitment and investment of your time, energy and resources with the ultimate objective being to alleviate suffering, ease your inner dialogue and rediscover your meaning to life.
