The world we live in is overwhelmingly unpredictable, which can lead us to not only numb our own emotions, but also hinders our capacity to communicate in healthier ways, build meaningful relationships, connect, be intentionally productive, or engage in much needed acts of self-care. Feeling the weight of one or more past traumatic or stressful experiences can easily cripple our ability to shift away from destructive behavior patterns. You may be feeling stuck– uncertain of how to move forward.
My Background and Approach
My clinical training and experiences thus far provide me with the unique capability to support a variety of people and populations; these include behavioral and emotional issues in children/preteens, parents, adults struggling with anxiety, unhealthy thinking patterns, relationship stressors, and communication barriers within relationships. Regardless of the reason you are seeking support, I’m available to hold a genuine and judgement free space as I walk alongside you on your journey towards well-being and comfortable vulnerability. You don’t have to feel capable of growth in order to reach out. You only have to be ready to acknowledge that you don’t want to stay where you are right now.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and change. Sometimes, we just need a little push or for someone to help bring out whats hiding beneath layers of trauma, negative experiences, self-doubt, and a world that tells us we can’t. My hope is that everyone can feel the emotional freedom to truly be themselves and not feel held down by destructive thinking patterns, fears, and anxiety. We are more than our labels. We are more than our diagnoses. You deserve to believe it.
