About My Clients
My experience is with adolescents and adults coping with social anxiety disorder, phobias, other anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment difficulties, stress management challenges, life transitions, exploration of career changes, school challenges, issues related to dating/relationships, and perfectionistic tendencies. I have experience coordinating mental health care nation wide. My clients value my ability to "be real" when change needs to happen. I'm here to help you. Let's do this!
My Background and Approach
Hello, my name is Brooke and I am a licensed clinical independent social worker with a supervision designee. I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have worked with adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting, adults in a residential setting and also supervise other therapists. There is a reason I am in the field, and it is not because life has been easy! I am a real person just like you and I myself have had times of struggle. It is those struggles that have put me in this career. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention as well as my own personal experiences to meet clients where they are at and help facilitate the change they want in their life. I would love to help you start believing that change is possible and you are not alone! I can serve all residents of Ohio via secure telehealth platform

I truly believe that everyone has the power within themselves to create the life they want. I am not saying this is easy but I know from experience that it is possible. We each have a strength within us to do hard things (whether you believe it or not!) I am here to help facilitate that change for you.
