About My Clients

I work best with individuals who are ready to explore both the challenges and strengths in their lives—whether you're navigating a rough patch, seeking clarity, or working toward long-term personal growth. Many of my clients have tried therapy before and are looking for a deeper, more authentic connection with a therapist who can hold space for vulnerability while also offering practical tools and direction.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, holding certifications as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Additionally, I am a certified Life Coach and am currently completing my education to become a Certified Sex Therapist. My practice is rooted in a client-centered, values-based approach, recognizing that individuals often feel stuck when their lives are not aligned with their core values. By helping clients clarify what matters most to them, we work together to empower meaningful change and foster a life that reflects their true selves. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel accepted and supported. Together, we work to build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and cultivate the power to choose responses to life's challenges, enabling clients to live more fulfilling and authentic lives.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I specialize in working with young adults and adults, both individuals and couples, who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, career transitions, life changes, sexual concerns, relationship dynamics, and identity exploration. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative, integrating modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies to tailor the experience to each client's unique needs.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
