My clients tend to be people who struggle with anxiety and/or perfectionistic tendencies. I love to work with someone who wants to work hard, but may be uncertain where to start.
My Background and Approach
I use a direct approach and try to add humor and analogies to counseling to allow everything to make sense. Life can be confusing, counseling does not need to be.
