About My Clients
My clients are navigating the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often accompany spiritual growth and life transitions. This may include exploring questions or personal beliefs, building trust in themselves and their community, managing various relationship dynamics, or coping with the loneliness that can accompany feeling misunderstood or unsupported during this time of life. I aim to guide you in building a life and relationships that feel authentic and grounded in your values.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy which allows me to help make sense of the negative cycles my couples feel stuck in their relationship, as well as providing ways to break the cycle. I also have experience in supporting individuals and groups from religious circles and communities who are navigating doubts or transitioning away from their faith and need additional care. During our first couple of sessions I will gather information concerning your history and current symptoms. From there, we will work together to create goals that align with your values and sense of self so that you can live life authentically.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all humans are worthy and deserving of respect, kindness, and care regardless of sex, gender, race, age, religion, socioeconomic status, or cultural background. I'm also a firm believer that humans are meant to be supported and cared for even in the loneliest, darkest places that we find ourselves because this is where true healing begins.
