About My Clients
My work is primarily experiential and somatic, with a focus on working with the unconscious forces that so often hijack our lives without our consent. Most of my clients already come in the door with an awareness of their problems, so our focus is to reconcile the discrepancies between our unconscious minds that often call the shots behind the scenes so that we can regain agency of our own lives. My Background and Approach
I specialize in experiential and somatic therapy for individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, and codependency. Rather than just talking through problems, we focus on reconnecting mind and body, working through trauma stored in the nervous system. Therapy is active and collaborative, helping you shift long-standing patterns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be honest, direct, and deeply compassionate. I’m active in session, offering real-time feedback and naming what I see with care, so you never have to wonder what I’m thinking. My work is rooted in both professional training and my own lived experience with depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles. I believe true healing happens when we face the unconscious patterns driving our lives. In session, I help you work through anxiety and defenses as they arise, making connections between what’s unfolding in the room and what’s happening in your life. While we’ll address past trauma and limiting beliefs, the focus is on how these patterns show up now and how to shift them. I believe your worth is not conditional. Together, we’ll uncover the parts of you you’ve hidden or protected, bringing them into the light so you can live from your most authentic, empowered self—with love, integrity, and freedom.
