About My Clients
I see clients dealing with anxiety, PTSD, stress, eating disorders, and I also see couples struggling in their relationship. I also see clients who are struggling with chronic pain and chronic diseases. I offer functional nutrition appointments as well, so I often see clients wanting to address trauma who also want to get to the root of their gut issues, like IBS, IBD or hormone issues. I'm a sex-positive therapist, providing a safe space for couples to work on a variety of things.
My Background and Approach
I'm an integrative therapist trained in Somatic Experiencing which is an approach to help process shock trauma in the body and reduce symptoms of anxiety and PTSD, among others. I am also trained in Gottman Couples Therapy and provide this framework to help couples work through infidelity, divorce, parenting, extended family challenges, consensual non-monogamy, and more. I'm also Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition and have experience working with binge eating disorder. I provide functional nutrition services as well, and can utilize this for those dealing with gut and hormones issues, chronic disease, and also disordered eating.
