About My Clients
You're capable, self-aware, and probably pretty good at keeping it together on the outside. But something underneath has been asking for attention for a while. Maybe it's anxiety that never fully quiets. Maybe it's burnout that sleep doesn't fix. Maybe something has shifted in your life and you're figuring out who you are on the other side of it. I work with women and healing professionals who are ready to stop managing and start actually feeling their way through.
My Background and Approach
I've been a licensed therapist since 2015 and have worked in community mental health, nonprofits, and private practice across Sonoma County. I believe healing is relational. The connection between us matters as much as any technique or method. I work with the whole person; your thoughts, your body, your history, and the parts of you that are still figuring things out. I bring curiosity, warmth, and a little humor to the work. We might explore where old patterns are still running the show, build skills for when everything feels like too much, work with imagery or expressive arts, or simply sit with what's present. I follow your lead. I'm also a Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapist. I hold that work with the same groundedness I bring to everything else. No agenda, no pressure, just a safe space to make sense of what opened up. You don't have to have it figured out before you reach out. In person in Santa Rosa and online across California.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we heal in relationship. With each other, with nature, with the people who know us best. Community isn't a nice idea, it's medicine, and we need it more now than ever. I've spent years working alongside Sonoma County nonprofits supporting unhoused youth and children healing from trauma. I'm a proud ally and supporter of the LGBTQ community. I believe in social justice and I believe therapy is political. We can't talk about your mental health without acknowledging the systems that shape it. That's not a side conversation, it's part of the work. I take the work seriously and I don't take myself too seriously. Humor shows up here when it's welcome, because sometimes lightness is exactly what's needed. We don't have to be serious every minute to do serious work.
