About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed in a neurotypical world defined by gender norms? Masking all day is exhausting. I get it. As a neurodivergent, nonbinary therapist, I aim to foster a safe space to unmask, process systemic harm, and reclaim joy. Together we'll work with bottom-up approaches to support you in accessing your authentic self.
My Background and Approach
I am dedicated empowerment and facilitating your self-discovery, believing that everyone has the potential to navigate their unique life experiences and lead healthier, happier, and more authentic lives. My counseling approach is dynamic and continually evolving, drawing from a diverse range of methodologies, including IFS-informed (parts work) and somatic practices, such as EMDR. I prioritize delivering care that is deeply rooted in empathetic understanding, validation of identity, and the promotion of anti-oppressive practices. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of community building, recognizing that meaningful connections and support systems play a crucial role in individual healing and growth. I became a professional counselor associate after completing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling in December 2024 at Bushnell University, and I have been seeing clients in the clinical setting since September 2023.
