About My Clients
My clients are mostly adult adoptees and foster and adoptive parents seeking support and doing their own work. I always enjoy working with readers, thinkers, questioners, and list-makers – whose who are intentional about their therapeutic journey. I currently see clients via telehealth video conferencing only. I am able to work with clients in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, and Massachusetts.

I am a Brainspotting tainer, Certified in Brainspotting and Imago Relationship Therapy, trained in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Interventions) and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), experienced with Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), a facilitator for Prepare/Enrich and Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP). I also consider myself trauma-based, IFS-informed, Polyvagal-informed, Daring Way informed, and influenced by existentialism and psychodynamic theories.
