My Background and Approach
Beginning therapy is a vulnerable experience, and I do not take lightly the opportunity to hear the words, thoughts, and feelings of those I see in the therapy room. I value creating a warm and welcoming space where you can and speak freely and authentically about your dreams, fears, joys, and obstacles.
