About My Clients

Are you a Gen Z or Millennial woman feeling stuck in patterns of of anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism and people-pleasing? You deserve a space that honors your full, authentic self, a place where you feel truly seen and accepted. A space where you can work towards reconnecting with your inner sense of self and worth. Where you can move out of intellectualizing and talking about the same things over and over, and finally see real change. My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and began my clinical career after studying Music Therapy and Psychology at Berklee College of Music. My early work included serving as a Music Therapist at a Children’s Hospital and in an inpatient psychiatric setting, where I developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. Since earning my MSW, I’ve worked as a family therapist in a preventative program and in a Brooklyn-based group practice, and for the past four years have been in private practice specializing in supporting women with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and body image concerns. To facilitate deep change, I employ a range of modalities, including somatic therapy, mindfulness parts work, self-compassion, and EMDR. These tools enable my clients to regulate their nervous systems, heal inner wounds, and cultivate self-worth and radical self-acceptance, resulting in lasting transformations.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

With a decade of rich clinical experience, I embody the dual perspectives of both therapist and client, having spent many transformative years on the receiving end of therapy. I passionately believe that my commitment to self-care and personal growth enables me to show up authentically for my clients, ultimately enhancing my effectiveness as a compassionate healer. For me, being a therapist is a profound privilege, an intimate journey in which I walk alongside individuals through their darkest moments, gently guiding them toward the light of hope and healing. A space for all identities. I welcome and affirm people of all races, genders, sexualities, and bodies, and practice from a decolonial, anti-oppressive framework. Unapologetically inclusive mental health care for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and allies alike.
