About My Clients
I work with clients who have come to the end of their rope; who feel like their patterns are controlling them. Many of my clients have experienced deep relational or attachment wounds that play out in their everyday lives. As we work together, we will come to gain insight into those areas and learn how to nurture, heal, and advocate for parts of yourself that hurt the most.
My Background and Approach
I graduated in 2016 from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. I began practicing in 2017, with a focus on relational issues, attachment wounds, and trauma. I believe that healing is possible, even if it doesn't feel like it. I view myself as a partner in your progress; a safe space for you to process your wounds with, and a place where you can feel empowered to make changes in your life. This is more than a job for me: it's a calling.
