The person who is looking to feel better and reach their optimum potential, however that looks to them, is the ideal client. I tend to look at issues through a direct, logical, and behaviorist lens. How does our behavior influence thoughts and feelings? What are the roadblocks we may engage in to protect us from unwanted behavior or thoughts?
