Your self-esteem is low, and you would like to find a way to feel good in your own skin. You know you need to set some boundaries, but don’t know how to advocate for yourself without fear of upsetting others. The way you are doing things is not working , and you are ready for change.
My Background and Approach
I am Britton - founder, owner, and therapist at Britton Elliott Therapy. I absolutely love being a therapist. My road here began many years ago when I started therapy myself. Therapy was (and still is) life changing for me. Learning that I could do something about the way I felt gave me the hope and empowerment that I had lost. Therapy taught me how to become my healthiest, happiest self, and I am passionate about helping others find their own health and happiness. My clients often describe me as warm, caring, and challenging. The topics that come up in therapy can be serious, but therapy itself doesn’t have to be serious all the time. I believe in balance, and I believe in the healing power of laughter, humor, and not taking ourselves too seriously.
