About My Clients
My clients range from ages 11-50 and my goal is to assist them with living self-fulfilling and enjoyable lives. I assist my clients with life transitions, unexpected changes, and identifying the areas that they will like to grow in. I have experience with treating clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, school behavioral concerns, loss, adjusting to change, trauma, and stress. My goal is to make my client feel comfortable and relaxed in an environment where they feel safe.
My Background and Approach
I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I refer to myself as the gps in your life to help you leave one direction where you may be lost to a clear and comfortable location. My goal is to change every client’s life in a small way where they can feel whole, comfortable, and confident about themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in making each person matter and listening to every voice because your voice matters. I believe strongly in fostering healthy relationships, helping maintaining strong and healthy families, and combating any struggles within childhood to build the healthy adult. I believe in teaching my clients healthy coping skills and told that help reduce their feelings of anxiety, depression, confusion, and sadness. I offer my clients opportunities to express what they believe will be beneficial in changing any negative behaviors that they may be displaying and combating any negative thoughts that they may be thinking. Everyone has a past, but your past does not have to determine your future. You have the power to change!
