About My Clients
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin. You may be navigating challenges in your relationships, struggling with anxiety, or going through a difficult transition. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are looking for a space to feel understood and supported while making sense of their experiences. If you’re ready to explore, reflect, and grow, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #128609 and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #11163 under the supervision of Kelly Aguirre LMFT#93109. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and my B.A. in Psychology. I have over six years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, parents, children, and teens. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, with a focus on understanding how past experiences shape present patterns. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I walk alongside my clients with empathy, encouragement, and warmth. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can feel fully yourself while exploring your needs and experiences during this season of life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change is possible for everyone, and that each person deserves the chance to grow into a version of themselves they feel proud of. I also believe in the importance of being deeply seen and understood, honoring both who you are and the experiences that have shaped your life.
