About My Clients

I work with teens and adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients struggle with low motivation, self-esteem, or difficulty managing emotions and relationships. Together, we explore patterns, build self-awareness, and develop tools for balance and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel understood while creating real, lasting change in your life.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping you feel truly seen and supported. I believe healing happens when we create a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your emotions, experiences, and the patterns that may be holding you back. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and person-centered techniques to help you gain insight, regulate emotions, and build coping skills. I also integrate activity-based interventions and psychoeducation to make therapy feel engaging and empowering rather than overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’ll meet you where you are, with empathy and curiosity, and help you move toward growth, self-acceptance, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you build confidence in yourself and live a life aligned with your values.
