I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have years of experience working with families, adolescence, and young adults . Helping people to improve and make changes in their lives is something I love to see and is one of the reasons I really enjoy working as a Therapist.
My Background and Approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing and stages of change. I also have a background in Christian counseling and working Cross-Culturally! Do you struggle with anxiety?
