I have helped many individuals who have felt down, anxious, stressed, and stuck. I offer a safe space for you to explore your most inner thoughts free from judgment or worry. Therapy can seem scary at first but it is the exact opposite of that! I am here to help you understand your unique story. I want to help you make sense of it and heal. I have worked with a diverse population of people. I have helped treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD.

I am a limited permit Mental Health Counselor. I have 2 years of experience working with and treating clients. I have a variety of experience. I have helped clients get back on track with time management, motivation, and procrastination. I have worked with clients experiencing extreme anxiety, major depression, trauma and PTSD. I have helped clients with their relationships, handling conflict, and self-esteem.
