Reset & Grow was developed to improve the lives of millennials experiencing anxiety, depression, personal growth, self-esteem and relationship concerns because you deserve happiness and a new start. I want to teach you how to rediscover your strengths and use them effectively.
My Background and Approach
A licensed clinical social worker wasn’t my initial career choice, but I knew I wanted to help individuals. I believed the most effective way to help people was by taking care of their physical ailments. I later learned that people also struggle socially, emotionally, and mentally, which prompted my interest in the field of social work. I graduated with a master’s degree in social work with a primary focus on working with seniors. I have worked in assisted living facilities, providing cognitive training to seniors. I have also worked in mental health hospitals, providing care to severely mentally ill adults. My work in the field led me to pursue my license in social work. I find it rewarding to connect and establish relationships with people on an individual basis. therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone has their own unique story and life experiences. There are many different factors that shape who we are and why we think the way we do. My job is to be open to understanding your world without placing blame or passing judgment. We are humans first, which means we are all subject to mistakes and will all need help at some point in our lives.
