My Background and Approach
Life comes with challenges and I believe you should not have to walk through them alone. You are the expert in your own life and my role as your therapist is to help facilitate the changes you want to make. My desire is to provide a safe space for clients to heal past trauma, share vulnerable emotional experiences, and identify barriers to their success. I am passionate about the work I do to help individuals, couples, and families create the lives they desire. My mission is to strengthen the relationships that you have with your partners, friends, family, and the one you have with yourself. Therapy will increase your awareness of individual and relational components that impact your life. Together we will create goals to improve your emotional and mental well-being so you can have the life you deserve.
