I have experience with providing psychotherapy with adults and my areas of expertise include, but are not limited to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, mood swings, grief and loss, stress management, phase of life changes, perfectionism and issues with control.

My therapeutic approaches predominantly include, Integrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with support and practical feedback to aid clients to effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to facilitate building upon strengths and attaining the personal growth for which we are all striving to achieve.

I truly have a passion for mental health awareness and find great fulfillment in assisting individuals with learning new ways to manage and cope with their emotional and behavioral issues. My goal is to support others who are struggling. I want to help you explore the obstacles in your life, discover methods and behaviors to overcome them, and discover a path to your own place of hope, joy and peace. My favorite aspect of being a therapist is supporting my clients through times of transition and watching them cultivate their own inner wisdom and inherent strength.
