About My Clients
Students with anxiety, ADHD, and academic challenges often have problems with personal relationships, school performance, and self-esteem. They want to feel competent and confident, but they need support and skills to manage their feelings, behavior, and learning. I'm here to provide guidance and encouragement to build student resiliency and self-compassion.
My Background and Approach
Having been a longtime student, I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed when faced with school stress. As an experienced school psychologist, I understand the importance of students seeing themselves as successful. I specialize in providing psychological testing and treatment for students with anxiety, ADHD, and academic challenges. Through testing, I help identify individual student strengths and needs in the areas of emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning. With treatments, such as online or in person counseling, I help provide support and promote skills needed to achieve personally meaningful goals.
