About My Clients

If you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or chronic illness, especially epilepsy or PNES, or struggle with self-worth, emotional distress, or navigating life transitions, I can help! If you’re seeking validation, understanding, and practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and foster healing, I am here. If you’re ready for change and want compassionate support from someone who understands the connection between mental health and chronic illness, I’m here to help.

My Background and Approach

As a mental health specialist, I focus on neurobehavioral therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. My background includes extensive experience supporting individuals living with anxiety, trauma, and chronic illnesses, particularly epilepsy and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES). I understand the complex relationship between mental health and chronic illness, and I’m passionate about helping you manage emotional distress, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges. I also specialize in working with those facing self-worth issues, life transitions, and the emotional toll of chronic health conditions. My approach is compassionate and practical, offering tools tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel validated, empowered, and supported in your journey toward healing and growth. Whether you’re seeking coping strategies, improved relationships, or simply a sense of balance, I’m here to help guide you forward.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in creating a compassionate, inclusive space where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued. As a suicide survivor, I’m deeply committed to mental health advocacy and support others through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. I also advocate for epilepsy awareness, supporting individuals and families affected by epilepsy and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES). My passion for mental health and chronic illness care stems from personal experience, which has taught me the importance of resilience, empathy, and understanding. I’m dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health and empowering clients to embrace their own healing journeys. I also support causes that promote accessibility, equity, and representation in healthcare. Whether you’re facing emotional struggles, chronic illness, or life transitions, I’m here to walk with you—offering support, encouragement, and practical tools to help you thrive.
