I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults regarding depression, anxiety, general life stress, minority issues, self-harm and suicidality, and more. I desire to help clients individually and focus on each person’s particular needs and wants.

I approach therapy from a lens of being open, accepting, and trusting, and I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. Additionally, therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, so I'm always ready to chat to see if I might be a good fit for you.

I'm passionate about making therapy accessible, which is why I choose to work at a practice with a deep sliding scale. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time in nature, crafting, reading, and playing with my cat, Ivy.
