I work closely with abuse victims and family members of personality disordered individuals, especially cluster B (Borderline, Narcissistic, and Histrionic Personality).

Our counselors are experts in LGBTQIA+ and gender-related issues. We're well-versed in the common challenges you may face, whether it's coming out, exploring your gender identity, navigating relationships, or dealing with societal pressures. We'll guide you through the maze of self-discovery, helping you uncover your true potential and find your inner strength.

For over 10 years, we have worked diligently with clients exploring (and often struggling) with their gender identity. This is our primary specialty at The Mind Parlor; we strongly assert that the "T" in LGBTQ is it's own unique and individual part of the queer community. As such, we believe gender identity clients deserve dedicated specialists with experience and training specifically pertaining to these particular challenges. Well, in this area, we can confidently say "we've got you covered!"

Teens and adults who have been victims of various types of abuse are an all-too common focus of my counseling work. Additionally, this abuse is often a result of a family member or close relationship who struggles with a personality disorder or has also been abused themselves.
