I’m structured but not rigid, directive but not controlling. From the start, we focus on what’s going to get you real results—not just talking, but learning skills to help you move forward. I don’t expect you to have all the answers or even know exactly what you need. That’s my job. I bring the treatment plan, the structure, and the expertise so you don’t have to figure it out alone. I also don’t do the whole therapy voice thing. I’m direct, I swear in session, and I use examples that actually make sense—because if we’re talking about hard things, it should at least feel like a real conversation. My goal is to make sure that by the time therapy is done, you don’t need me anymore. You’ll have the tools to handle things on your own, because that’s what real progress looks like.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe men deserve a way forward—even if your trauma feels too big, too complicated, or too far gone to recover from. Seeking help shouldn’t come with stigma. I’m here to normalize trauma therapy for men so you don’t have to keep carrying this alone. Real healing means long-term solutions, not just coping.
