My Background and Approach
My approach is strength-based, and I provide cognitive behavioral therapy. During our sessions, we will talk about and process your experiences as you feel comfortable sharing. We will identify and utilize your strengths to help you reach your goals, and explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected.
