My Background and Approach
I have been in the counseling field for about 8 years as a high school counselor and now also as a therapist. I will help you discover what tools work best for you to manage and reduce your symptoms. I attend trainings regularly to have the most up to date techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a wife, boy mom, dog mom, school counselor, and counselor/therapist. I love yoga, reading, kayaking, and traveling. I was raised with a christian world-view and believe that the best love is the best gift. I work with folx of all backgrounds and walks of life. As a bi-racial family we have grown a lot together these past few years. I'm a huge advocate for my clients and social justice.
