About My Clients
I have a diverse background of clinical experience working with various issues such as depression, anxiety, compulsive behavior, self-injurious behavior, addiction, phobias, low self-worth and suicidal ideation.
My Background and Approach
I work to create an authentic, nonjudgmental and collaborative space with clients to assist them in moving through difficult thoughts and feelings towards their life goals. In addition to meeting in my office, I offer outdoor sessions in local parks and gardens as well as online counseling. I am a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor offering a non-diet perspective to healing your relationship with food and your body.
