About My Clients
I am deeply committed to working with families, adolescents, and individuals who seek support in building confidence, strengthening relationships, and navigating conflict. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to serve as a guide and partner as clients explore their emotions, challenges, and goals.
My Background and Approach
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where individuals, families, and adolescents can navigate life’s challenges with confidence. With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Social Work, I bring a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques, human behavior, and social systems. I specialize in working with clients on the autism spectrum, ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress management, and women’s issues. I understand that every person has a unique story, and I collaborate with clients to help them break free from limiting patterns, build self-awareness, and create lasting change. Using a compassionate and strengths-based approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to guide clients in developing new perspectives and actionable strategies.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is a collaborative journey, and my role is to empower clients to make intentional choices that align with the life they envision. I welcome diversity and embrace every client's unique identity, experiences, and goals, ensuring that they feel heard, valued, and supported.
