About My Clients
Brittany's clients range from children (6+) to adults dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood challenges. Many have tried to push through on their own for a long time. They're looking for someone who meets them where they are, without judgment, and helps them build real, lasting confidence.
My Background and Approach
Brittany holds an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health from Corbin University and a B.A. in Psychology from Alaska University. She brings two years of specialized ADHD experience and three years working with depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. She works with children 6+, teens, and adults, drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic approaches. Her goal isn't to hand clients answers, she'd rather help them find their own, because that kind of confidence actually lasts.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Brittany believes that every client is a whole person, not a diagnosis, and she holds that conviction in every session. She approaches therapy like the ocean tide, some days are calm and movement feels natural; other days the waves are big and things are just hard. Both are part of the process. Her goal in the harder moments is to sit with clients in them, help them process through, and leave feeling more grounded than when they came in. She has a particular conviction that ADHD and anxiety work should build lifelong tools, not just short-term relief. One of her favorite things is when something hard gets faced with both honesty and a little humor, she's found that combination is often where the most real progress lives. Her hope: every client leaves more confident, rooted, and bolder.
