About My Clients
Are you looking to explore your sense of self, unpack previous experiences, and begin unmasking? Struggling to identify your needs and finding yourself questioning your sense of reality? You are not alone. I offer outpatient counseling services to adults, and specialize in working with Autistic, ADHD, anxious, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Through our work together, you might develop new (and effective!) coping mechanisms, practice asserting boundaries, and find increased self-confidence.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic lens is strengths-based, and I am queer-affirming and neuro-affirming. Our work together will utilize an eclectic, multi-modal approach, which draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I also enjoy bringing in mindfulness, movement, and creativity— if you’re open to it!
