About My Clients
I meet with individuals who struggle with various issues, like anxiety, gender identity, sexuality, social struggles, and more. Together we can find ways to improve your self-esteem/self-love, improve your communication in relationships, find beneficial coping skills, and so much more. Within the first couple of sessions, we will come up with a goal together, and together we will figure out a game plan to help you work towards that goal.
My Background and Approach
I typically describe therapy as a way of organizing your thoughts. Often when we are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, our thoughts become tangled and it can be hard to see through the tangle. In my therapy sessions, I try to offer you a space to explore your thoughts and the purpose behind your actions.
