About My Clients
The space between childhood and adulthood, can be challenging . Teens and parents go through so many changes and there is so much to adapt to. Together, we will accomplish you feeling more effective in ways to approach this phase of life. I run virtual and in person groups for teens in the state of California. Group therapy can be just as effective as individual therapy if you are interested in developing healthier relationships with others and want to feel less isolated.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have over a decade of experience working solely with adolescents and parents. My approach is relational, active, direct, and strengths-based. My practice is specific to this demographic, and I continue to stay up to date regarding the challenges this generation faces. Through my work, I’ve seen teens create and maintain more fulfilling family interactions, healthier relationships with peers, and greater focus towards their goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I’m not at work, I can be found at crossfit, hot yoga, church, trader joes, meeting new people, hiking, or with my family. My entire immediate family lives close by, and I cherish spending time with them. I love discovering new adventure, and feel grateful I have found a self-care regime that helps me be my best self for you.
