About My Clients
Do you find yourself longing for deeper connections in your relationships? Wanting to get out of patterns of communication and conflict that you feel stuck in? Often I hear my clients express that they feel unheard, unseen, and unappreciated. This can lead to layers of hesitancy and mistrust, which in turn pushes those we most desire farther away. My work with clients centers on reconnecting with ourselves and others in order to get those relationship needs met.
My Background and Approach
“To be human is to need others, and this is no flaw or weakness.” - Sue Johnson I work with individuals and couples on a variety of presenting issues but often focus on attachment and relational grief or dissatisfaction. I provide a safe space where I assist clients in exploring their ways of relating and the patterns they feel stuck in through the use of Emotionally-focused techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Relationships are hard and relationships are beautiful. I have experienced this in my own life and have become passionate in helping others to vulnerably and authentically navigate relationships in order to feel healthy and congruent. I strive to provide an inclusive space that affirms anyone and everyone regardless of spirituality, religion, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, and otherwise.
