About My Clients

Are you a chronic people pleaser, overfunctioner, or just stressed af and don't know where to start? I believe that all of my clients are the expert on themselves and already have the answers inside of them. It is my mission to walk alongside them to unlock the answers they already have so they can live their most fulfilling lives.

My Background and Approach

Welcome to my practice, where we embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and holistic well-being. I'm dedicated to fostering mental health and promoting overall wellness through personalized therapy. As a licensed mental health therapist with a passion for integrated care, I combine evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a focus on health and wellness. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and achieve a harmonious balance between mind and body. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or simply seeking to enhance your quality of life, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where we can collaborate to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Together, we'll develop strategies to manage difficulties and uncover strengths. Beyond traditional therapy, I draw from my expertise in health and wellness to provide practical tools that empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I understand that my beliefs influence my practice, therefore, it is important for me to be upfront about them before meeting with potential clients. I am a culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and queer-affirming. As an anti-racist I will prioritize continuous learning and commit to doing internal and external work of dismantling oppressive systems. I acknowledge intersectionality and the way it impacts the experience of each individual. I identify as a secular therapist and often work with clients that have experienced religious trauma. I believe that food is medicine and am certified by the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Food as Medicine for Everyone. I am body-positive and believe in health at every size.
