About My Clients
I work with women, mothers, and coupless who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients are people who are used to holding everything together for everyone else, but internally feel overwhelmed, overthink everything, and feel disconnected from themselves. In our work together, we focus on practical tools, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based approaches like CBT so that you can begin to feel more calm and in control.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Mississippi with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, including work in hospice care, medical settings, and outpatient therapy. My background includes helping clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, grief, caregiver stress, and complex emotional experiences. Through my work, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it feels like to be the one others rely on—especially for women, mothers, and caregivers who are used to holding everything together while struggling internally. I have experience supporting clients dealing with burnout, ADHD, relationship stress, postpartum challenges, and low self-worth, using practical, evidence-based approaches. My clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based work, and nervous system-informed care, allowing me to help clients not only understand their patterns but also develop tools that work in real, everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be practical, supportive, and actually helpful in real life. Insight matters, but so do tools you can use in the middle of a busy day, a stressful moment, or a difficult conversation. I believe in creating a space where you don’t have to perform, hold it all together, or have the “right” answers. You get to show up exactly as you are. And most importantly, I believe that change is possible without becoming a completely different person—you don’t have to lose yourself to heal. You can feel calmer, more confident, and more in control while still being you.
