Let's face it, relationships are tough. Sometimes it's difficult to see that maybe they aren't the right person or maybe we stay because we are comfortable with the chaos within the relationship. Feeling stuck or lost can feel very unsettling. When we feel this way, we tend to notice a decrease in self-esteem as we believe we need to care for the other person more than ourselves. My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I strive to work from a strength-based approach as it takes individuals a lot of courage and willingness to share their stories. I specialize in providing Emotional Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Attachment-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when working with adolescents, adults and couples.
